Hangtian Qi is pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, China. He obtained B.S. and M.S. degrees on Electronic and Information Engineering in 2017 and 2020, respectively. His research interests include sensor fusion and integrity monitoring technologies.

Xiaowei Cui received BEng and PhD degrees in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University, China, in 1999 and 2005, respectively. He is currently an associate professor at Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, China. He is a member of the Expert Group of China's BeiDou Navigation Satellite System. His research interests include robust GNSS signal processing, multipath mitigation techniques, and high-precision positioning.

Mingquan Lu received MEng and PhD degrees from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China, in 1993 and 1999, respectively. He is currently a professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, China. He is the director of Tsinghua Position, Navigation, and Timing Center and a member of the Expert Group of China BeiDou Navigation Satellite System. His current research interests include GNSS signal design and analysis, GNSS signal processing and receiver development, and GNSS system modeling and simulation.
