Dr. Haipeng Liu is an associate professor and a master’s supervisor at the Faculty of Information Engineering and Automation, Kunming University of Science and Technology. He earned his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the North China Electric Power University (Beijing) in 2015. He presided over and participated in the completion of one provincial natural fund project (“Research on Image Key Visual Semantics Enhancement Based on Conditional Generative Model”) and two provincial human resources training projects. His research interests include data processing and prediction, deep learning, power grid optimization, and image processing.
Dr. Huaiping Jin is an Associate Professor and the Vice Dean at the Faculty of Information Engineering and Automation, Kunming University of Science and Technology. He is also a member of the first artificial intelligence and big data professional teaching committee of the China Mechanical Industry Education Association and a member of the Chinese Automation Society. He earned his BS in Process Equipment and Control Engineering and his PhD in Control Science and Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology in 2010 and 2016, respectively. He was selected as a young talent in Yunnan Province’s “Xingdian Talent Support Program”. He is mainly engaged in research in the fields of industrial artificial intelligence, intelligent data analysis, soft measurement theory and methods, medical imaging data analysis and processing, wind power data analysis and modeling, etc.
