Dr.Xi Zhao received a dual bachelor’s degree from Peking University, a master’s degree from Technische Universität Dresden, and a PhD and postdoctoral degree from Kassel University, Germany. She currently works as the director of the Sino-German Economic Development and Innovation Research Center (SGEDI) and an Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Hefei University, China. Her research interests include innovation and entrepreneurship, finance, sustainability, and digital economy.
Siqin Zhang is currently pursuing a master’s degree with the Sino-German Economic Development and Innovation Research Center (SGEDI), School of Economics and Management, Hefei University, China. She is also working as a research assistant at SGEDI, School of Economics and Management, Hefei University. Her research interests include finance and sustainable development.
Prof. Dr. Najid Ahmad holds a PhD degree in economics and is employed as an associate professor at the School of Business, Hunan University of Science and Technology (HNUST), Xiangtan, China. In addition to his HNUST responsibilities, he is a Yale University, Global Justice Fellow at New Haven USA. He has won several awards and honors that include twice winning the prestigious Chinese Government Outstanding Researcher Award, an invitation from the French Government for global pollution reduction planning, and an excellent video award from Hunan Province for a video depicting poverty. He has research interests in sustainability, innovation, environmental economics, technology transfer, institutional economics, global justice, and tourism economics.
