Prof. Dr. Liangliang Wang has been an Associate Professor at the School of
Architecture and Civil Engineering, Xiamen University, China, since 2019. He received a Bachelor of Architecture from Xi’an
University of Architecture and Technology in 2002, a Master of Architecture
from Tianjin University in 2005,
and a PhD in 2015 from the NUS School of Design and
Environment. He worked as an Assistant Professor from 2005 to 2009 and 2015 to 2018
at Xiamen University. His research interests include traditional
settlement protection and rural construction, urban design and renewal, and digital
protection of architectural heritage.
Prof. Dr. Jie Han is an Associate
Professor at the School of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Xiamen
University, China, where she joined in 2005. She received a BA in Architecture in
2002 and an MA in Architecture in 2005 from Tianjin University. She earned her PhD
in Architecture from the National University of Singapore in 2016. Her research
areas include rural settlements and culture, urban transformation, and conversation
and value enhancement of urban and rural historical and cultural heritage.
