Prof. Dr. Rong Tang is an Associate Professor at the College of Fisheries, Huazhong Agriculture University. She earned her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the College of Life Science and Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2005. She worked as a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Public Health Sciences, University of Hawaii (April–October 2008) and the Department of Biological Sciences, University of California San Diego (March 2017–March 2018). Her interests focus on Apoptosis, Aquaculture, Physiology, Pollution, and endoplasmic reticulum stress.
