Dr. Lecturer Sema Üstgörül is working in Faculty of Healt
Science, Manisa Celal Bayar University, Türkiye. She graduated from the Nursing Faculty,
Hacettepe University in Ankara. She completed a masters and PhD in Gynecology and Obstetrics
Nursing. Her research interests comprise networks and partnerships in
diverse disciplines and health management. She especially studies in
sustainability, female managers, and sexual health. She is a member of the Federation of Sexual Health
Associations in Turkey. She has about 25 papers indexed in SSCI and Scopus, which is another
international database index.
Bülent Akkaya works as a Dr. Lecturer in the
Department of Office Management Assistant of the Manisa Celal Bayar University
located in Manisa in the west of Turkey. He holds a Ph.D. in Business
Administration Management with a specialization in Management, Leadership, and
Agility in Science Parks. His research interests comprise networks and
partnerships in diverse disciplines. He has been working on dynamic
capabilities, agile leadership, Industry 4.0, and quality of management in
contemporary enterprises.
Maria Palazzo (PhD, AFHEA, FHEA, MSc (Honours), MA, BA (Honours)) is an Associate Professor at the Universitas Mercatorum (Rome, Italy). She was a former Lecturer at the University of Bedfordshire, School of Business (London, UK), a Visiting Scholar at the University of Granada (Granada, Spain), and a Visiting Lecturer at the Universidad del Norte, Escuela de Negocios (Barranquilla, Colombia). She is Editor of Cogent Business and Management and the International Journal of Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Corporate Social Responsibility. Her articles have been published in the TQM Journal, European J. of International Management, Corporate Social Responsibility & Environmental Management, Current Issues in Tourism, International Journal of Bank Marketing, Qualitative Market Research: an International Journal, Land Use Policy, Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing, Journal of Brand Management, and other academic outlets.
Alessandra Micozzi is Full Professor of Applied Economics at the Universitas Mercatorum and
Dean of the Faculty of Social and Communication Sciences. She is the National Coordinator of the GEM ITALIA team for the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor. Her main research activities concern high-tech entrepreneurship, female entrepreneurship, and technology transfer. She has co-founded five innovative start-ups, one of which is a university spin-off. She is Coordinator of the doctoral program in "Sustainability and ESG agenda", 39th cycle.
