Hsu, Chien-tai: Graduated from the Accounting Institute of National Changhua Normal University and Research Institute and studied for a PhD in the Department of Industrial Education and Technology at National Changhua Normal University.* He currently serves as the chairman of the Changhua County B&B Association, promotes sustainable tourism in B&Bs, and is a member of the board of directors of the National Federation of Chinese B&Bs, a member of the board of directors of the Yaolin Shigui Hsu Association in Changhua County, and serves as the executive director and ancestral genealogy researcher. He served as a part-time lecturer in the Tourism and Hospitality Department of Zhongzhou University of Science and Technology, a member of the Tourism Bureau’s B&B Field Review Committee, a Member of the Zhongchang Investment Tourism Regional Alliance Committee, and a member of the Central Tourism Industry Association. He concurrently serves as the general manager of Tan Hau B&B, the President of Chientai Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Fuluxiu Self-Service Laundry Co., Ltd.
