Liang Zhang is the Associate Professor, Master tutor, and Deputy Director of the Department of Architecture at the Architecture School, Suzhou University. She completed her PhD studies in Culture Heritage at the Politecnic of Turin and in Architecture Design and Theory at Tongji University. She has published more than 30 papers in various journals and serves as a community planner for Suzhou. She teaches urban design, and her research interests include urban design, urban renewal, and healthy urban environments.
