Tatiana Klempová earned her MSc in Biotechnology (2009) and PhD in Biotechnology (2013) from the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology. She is now the Assistant Professor of the Institute of Biotechnology. Her work in fermentations has resulted in 41 publications, 101 presentations, many lectures, and courses. She has also held memberships, including on the board of the International Society of Biocatalysis and Agricultural Biotechnology. She has been a leader of 5 projects and co-researched other 22 projects. Her research interests include fermentations, bioactive lipophilic compounds, and waste management.
