Yousif Elsamani is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Innovation Science at the School of Environment and Society, Tokyo Institute of Technology. His research focuses on organizational innovativeness, workplace well-being, and mobility. He holds a Master of Engineering degree from Ehime University in Japan and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Sudan University of Science and Technology in Khartoum, Sudan.
Yuya Kajikawa is a Professor at the Institute for Future Initiatives at The University of Tokyo. He is also a Visiting Professor at the School of Environment and Society, Tokyo Institute of Technology, and a Visiting Professor at the Strategic Innovation Office, Nagoya University. He received his bachelor's, master's, and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Tokyo. His research interests include the development of methodology for technology and innovation management, as well as innovation for sustainability. He has a number of publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings, which cover a variety of disciplines, including engineering, information science, environmental science, and technology and innovation management. He serves as an Executive Editor of Technological Forecasting and Social Change, an Associate Editor of Frontiers in Research Metrics and Analytics, an Editor of Sustainability Science, and an Editor of Sustainability, as well as a member of editorial boards of another three international journals.
