Krzysztof Dasiewicz is a food technologist and an alumnus of the Faculty of Food Science at Warsaw University of Life Sciences—SGGW. From 2012 to 2016, Krzysztof Dasiewicz was the head of The Division of Meat Technology WULS-SGGW. Since 2016, he has beeen the Head of The Department of Food Technology. Krzysztof Dasiewicz serves as a lecturer for several courses and training programs for meat industry employees. His teaching/research interests include the following: application of computer image analysis in food technology; new technologies in meat processing; functional substances; and merchandising in the trade of meat products.
