António Faria, PhD student specializing in Information and Communication Technologies in Education, at the Institute of Education of the University of Lisbon. He teaches Biology and Geology at a private catholic school to ISCED 3 students (15 to 18 years old) and is a collaborating researcher at UIDEF, Instituto de Educação, Universidade de Lisboa. He has won several prizes in national competitions, guiding his students' work. He completed a degree in Biology Education at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto, in 1996; a master’s degree in education, specializing in Information and Communication Technologies in Education, at the Institute of Education of the University of Lisbon, in 2011. Guilhermina Lobato Miranda, PhD, is a psychologist and assistant professor at the Institute of Education, Lisbon University, and a researcher at UIDEF, Instituto de Educação, Universidade de Lisboa. She teaches and researches in the domains of educational technology, instructional design and technology, and instructional psychology.
