Ms. Ngan Bich Nguyen received her Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, Banking and Finance from the Banking Academy of Vietnam in 2021, and is now pursuing the position of an Associate Professor in Economics. She worked as a Lecturer in Banking and Finance from 2013 until now, and in 2014 she was promoted to Deputy Head of Digital Banking Department. Her research topics mainly include risk management, bank management, digital banking, and ESG in banking.

Mr. Hien Duc Nguyen earned, from the Banking Academy of Vietnam, a BS in Banking (advanced program) (2024). He is now a Customer Relationship Executive of Vietcombank, one of largest banks in Vietnam. He was awarded for his excellent dissertation with the first prize in the Tomorrow Banker competition held by the Banking Academy of Vietnam in 2023. His research interests include risk management and bank management.
