Prof. Keqilao Meng, professor and doctoral supervisor, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Information Systems from the Department of Electronics, Liaoning University, and a Master of Engineering degree in Physical Electronics from the Institute of Science and Technology, Inner Mongolia University. He currently works as the dean of the School of Energy and Power Engineering at the Inner Mongolia University of Technology. His research directions are wind turbine control and grid-connected technology, design and testing technology; flywheel energy storage system control and grid-connected technology, design and testing technology; wind, solar, and hydrogen storage integrated technology and comprehensive energy systems. He concurrently serves as the vice chairman of the Inner Mongolia Regional Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, a member of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, a member of the Education, Science, Culture, and Health Committee, the director of the Key Laboratory of Wind and Solar Energy Utilization Technology of the Ministry of Education, and the director of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Wind Power Technology and Testing Engineering Technology Research Center.
