Dr. Jie Luo is currently working in the College of Food Science and Technology at Hunan Agricultural University, Changsha, China. She received her B.Sc. degree in Food Science and Technology from China Agricultural University, Beijing, China, in 2010, and her Ph.D. degree in Food Science and Technology from China Agricultural University, Beijing, China, in 2015. Her research interests include the processing and sensory perception of dairy products.
