Le Zhang received B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in
electrical engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,
Nanjing, China, in 2002, 2006, and 2012, respectively. From 2009 to 2015, he
was in scientific research with government institutions. Since 2016, he has
been a member of the faculty with the Department of Automation Engineering,
Wuxi Taihu University, Wuxi, China, where he is currently an Associate
Professor with the College of Intelligent Equipment Engineering. His research
interests include wind power generation, motor control, and industrial
informatization.
Prof. Dr. Jiadan Wei is Vice Dean of the School of
Automation at the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He holds
a Ph.D. degree from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is a
senior member of IEEE and a senior visiting scholar at the Power Electronics,
Motors and Control Research Centre (PEMC) at the University of Nottingham, UK.
He won the 2022 First Prize in Science and Technology of the Aeronautical
Society and the 2019 First Prize in Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province.
He is mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research in the fields of aviation
power systems, special motors and their control technology, and new energy
generators.
