Chen Wang received her M.Sc and Ph.D. degrees from the Technical
University of Madrid (UPM), Madrid, Spain, in 2016 and 2019, respectively. She was previously an intern researcher at the National Institute of Informatics, Tokyo,
Japan. She is currently a Senior Lecturer with Shanghai University, Shanghai,
China. Her research interests include surface metrology, optical metrology,
computer vision and deep learning.
