Prof. Dr. Liao Guisheng received his Master’s degree from
Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology (XUET) in 1990 and his PhD
in 1992, and was promoted to Professor in 1997. He was awarded the Third Prize
of Guanghua Science and Technology in 1996, the Shaanxi Youth Science and
Technology Prize in 1998, and the National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation
in 2008. He has provided important technical support for the national aerospace
field and has published more than 130 academic papers in core journals. His
research topics mainly include: array signal processing; signal detection and
estimation.
