Prof. Dr. Yonhua Tzeng received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1997, an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1981, and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same University in 1983. He is currently a University Chair and Distinguished Professor at the National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan. He is a member of the IEEE Nanotechnology Council and the New Diamond and Nano-Carbon (NDNC) International Conference. His main research interests include CVD diamond and nano-carbons, nanoscience and nanotechnology, nanophotonics and sensors, microelectronics fabrication processes and VLSI technology, electron devices, plasma science and applications, and pulsed power and high-voltage, high-current plasma switches.
