Ying Chen received her bachelor's degree in management from the Wuhan Institute of Technology in 2016, and is now pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Management Science and Engineering at the School of Economics and Management, China University of Geosciences. Her research topics mainly include digital transformation and organizational change.
Haiyan Ma earned a PhD in Management from Wuhan University (2009). She is now an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Economics and Management, China University of Geosciences. She have led two National Natural Science Foundation projects, and her research has been published in various influential academic journals. Her research interests include firm innovation and growth, and the transformation and upgrading of organizations in the digital economy.
