Dr. Yifeng Niu is currently an Associate Professor at the College of Mechatronic Engineering and Automation, National University of Defense Technology. He received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT), China, in 2001 and 2007, respectively. In 2012, he was a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Computer Science, University of Tübingen, in Germany. His research interests include autonomous control, cooperative control, and environment perception and cognition.
