Imene Derardja received her Master’s Degree in Applied Biochemistry from the University of Mohamed Khider, Biskra, Algeria, in 2021. She is currently pursuing a PhD Degree in Experimental Pharmacology. Her research focuses on identifying active compounds from medicinal plants and evaluating the anti-inflammatory effects of these compounds using in vitro experiment and in vivo animal models, as well underling their molecular interactions/mechanisms using computational approaches. She is also interested in exploring other pharmacological actions of natural compounds in her future research.
