Author Biographies

Unita Werdi Rahajeng received her Master's Degree in Psychology from the Universitas Airlangga in 2009 and is now pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Psychology at Universitas Airlangga. She worked as a Lecturer at Universitas Brawijaya (2013–now). Her research topics mainly include disability inclusion, youth, and developmental and education psychology.
Dr. Wiwin Hendriani is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Airlangga. She completed her PhD studies in Health Science at the Universitas Airlangga. She serves as a chair for Ikatan Psikologi Perkembangan Indonesia (Indonesian Developmental Psychology Association). Her teaching disciplines include developmental psychology, the development of children and adolescents with special needs, and qualitative methods and analysis. Her interests include resilience, children and adolescents with special needs, family, and parenting.
Pramesti Pradna Paramita earned a PhD in Educational Psychology at Monash University, Australia. She is now an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Psychology Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia. Her teaching disciplines are Inclusive Education, Psychological Intervention in Educational Settings, and Psychology of Children and Adolescents with Special Needs.  Her research interests include Inclusive Education,  Assessment, and Intervention for Students with Special Needs.
