Dr. Xinke Zhang obtained a PhD in Food Science from the
School of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering, China Agricultural
University, from September 2015 to July 2021. From October 2019 to October
2020, he served as a joint PhD student in wine and food science at the
University of Adelaide under the CSC program. From July 2021 to March 2024, he
served as a lecturer at the School of Food Science and Engineering, Beijing
Agricultural University. In March 2024, he was promoted
to associate professor. His research field is the fundamental theory of
targeted winemaking for wine quality.
