Dr. Mostafa Adresi has obtained a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (with a focus on Road and Transportation) from Tarbiat Modares University. He also holds a Ph.D. from the Polytechnic University of Turin in Italy. Since completing his Ph.D., he has been employed at Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University since 2017. He has collaborated with Iran’s Ministry of Education in establishing the transportation technical major in the country’s conservatories, as well as compiling various technical books. His research interests include pavement engineering, asphalt and concrete technology, nondestructive testing, and smart materials.
Dr. Mojtaba Karimaei Tabarestani is an assistant professor in Water and Hydraulic Structure Engineering at the Department of Civil Engineering, Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University Tehran, Iran. His main area of research is the physical modeling of flow behavior, such as in hydraulic structures and rivers; scouring phenomenon and its protection in river training structures and bridges; reliability analysis and risk assessment; unsteady flow effect; and river and marine hydrodynamic and sediment transport modeling.
