Author Biographies

Dr. Yongfang Li joined Foshan University in 2022 and serves as a Master’s Supervisor at the School of Food Science and Engineering. She obtained a bachelor’s degree from Nanchang University in 2014, a master’s from the South China Agricultural University in 2017, and a doctorate in chemical biology from Fudan University in 2022. Her research mainly focuses on biosensors and their applications in food security and point-of-care testing.
