Michele Conti is an Associate Professor of Industrial Bioengineering in the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture (DICAr), University of Pavia. He completed a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, a master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, and a PhD in Bioengineering and Bioinformatics (joint diploma with Ghent University), all at the University of Pavia. Michele Conti’s interests include the numerical simulation of minimally-invasive cardiovascular devices, the development of informatics tools for medical imaging analysis, experimental set-up for in vitro tests of endovascular devices, isogeometric analysis for biomechanics, and 3D printing/additive manufacturing for biomedical applications.

Simone Morganti is an Associate Professor at the Department of Electrical, Computer and Biomedical Engineering, University of Pavia.
