Professor Dr. Filippo Migliorini is an associate professor at the Department of Life Sciences, Health, and Health Professions at Link Campus University in Rome, Italy. He graduated cum laude in medicine and surgery at the University Campus Bio-Medico in Rome. He worked mainly at the Department of Orthopaedic, Traumatological and Reconstructive Surgery at RWTH University Hospital in Aachen, Germany. During his surgical residency, Dr. Migliorini obtained several master’s degrees in the fields of data science and data analysis, administration, nutrition, and pathology. He received his doctoral degree in clinical and experimental biomechanics from the Faculty of Medicine of RWTH University in Aachen, Germany. In May 2022, Dr. Migliorini obtained the Venia Legendi at the Faculty of Medicine of the RWTH University in Aachen, a prestigious academic qualification in Germany. He attained the chair of orthopaedics and traumatology at RWTH University in Aachen, Germany. Since 2022, Dr. Migliorini has been leading studies on robotic surgery at the Research Department in Clinical Orthopaedics of the Eifelklinik in Simmerath, Germany. Dr. Migliorini serves on the editorial board of several orthopaedics, traumatology, sports, and regenerative medicine journals. He is a reviewer for major scientific journals and international grant proposal societies.
