Prof. Chongwei Zheng received his Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Dalian Naval Vessels. He is currently a Senior Visiting Scholar with the State Key Laboratory of Estuarine and Coastal Research and a Visiting Fellow of the State Key Laboratory of Numerical Modeling for Atmospheric Sciences and Geophysical Fluid Dynamics (LASG), Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The main areas of his scientific interest are marine new energy evaluation and physical oceanography.
