Dr. Bo Fan is a Master's supervisor at the School of Pharmacy, at Changzhou University. He received a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering, a Master of Microbiology, and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Nanjing University of Technology. His research interests include Enzyme engineering and biopharmaceuticals, biosynthesis of fine chemicals, green chemistry and processes (biocatalysis and transformation), and applied microbiology. He has Hosted the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Project, Jiangsu Province Higher Education Natural Science Research General Project, and Enterprise Technology Development Entrusted Horizontal Project. He has participated in the National Natural Science Foundation general projects, etc. He instructed his students to participate in Internet Plus, Challenge Cup, National Undergraduate Life Science Competition, etc., and won national and provincial awards.
Prof. Dr. Yucai He is a Professor at the School of Pharmacy and School of Biological and Food Engineering, at Changzhou University. He is also the Editorial Board Member of Synthetic Biology, a Young Editorial Board Member of Bioresources and Bioprocessing, and Guest Editor of Processes. He has presided over many projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund, the Jiangsu Natural Science Foundation, the Changzhou City Fund, and the Enterprise Horizontal Fund. He is currently mainly engaged in the research of biomass energy, biomass-based antibacterial materials and process development, bio-based products, and biocatalytic synthesis. Screening and mining transaminases, cellulases, nitrile/cyanohydrolases, oxidoreductases, lipases, etc., and have achieved a series of results in the pretreatment and high-value utilization of biomass, directional screening of biocatalysts, immobilization, functional regulation, and reaction engineering research.
