Nikolaos Loukeris has been an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of West Attica since 2020, Supervisor of internships at the Princeton University in Computational Finance and Shipping in Athens, Visiting Professor at the Athens University of Economics and Business, dept. of Accounting and Finance, and the Hellenic Open University in the Postgraduate dept. of Shipping. He has lectured at the Universities of Maryland UMUC, Macedonia, Crete, Cyprus, Greenwich, South Wales, Naval and Police Academies of Greece. His work has been awarded many times. He has 22 journal publications, 52 international peer reviewed conferences, one book monography, one book quadrigraphy, three chapters in collective volumes, and has undertaken two European projects (2022). He has a PhD (2015) in Financial Engineering and Computational Intelligence from the University of Macedonia, Greece.
