Dr. Akihiro Yoshimura is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Pulmonary Medicine at Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine. He received his M.D. in 2013 and completed his Ph.D. in 2021 from Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine. He is now interested in drug resistance in lung cancer. He now practices respiratory medicine and performs some clinical studies.

Prof. Koichi Takayama is a Professor at the Department of Pulmonary Medicine, Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine (since 2015). He received his M.D. in 1987 and completed his Ph.D. in 1995 at Kyushu University. Then he started working as an Assistant Professor (Research Institute for Diseases of the Chest) there. He now conducts some clinical trials on lung cancer.
