Prof. Lv-Hui Sun is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Department of Animal Nutrition and Feed Science of Huazhong Agricultural University. He is also the director of the Department of Animal Nutrition and Feed Science. He has been a visiting scholar at Cornell University in the United States and is a director of the Animal Nutrition Branch of the Chinese Society of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine. He graduated with a doctorate in agronomy from Sichuan Agricultural University. He is engaged in teaching and research in animal nutrition and feed science, with his main research directions being poultry nutrition, feed safety, and quality control.
