Prof. Qiaoling Zhang graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2013 with a Ph.D. in Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics. And postdoctoral degree in Water Resources Engineering at Xi’an University of Technology in 2020. She is currently working as Associate Professor and M.S. Supervisor at the School of Water Resources and Hydropower, Xi’an University of Technology, and as Deputy Director at the Institute of Hydraulics. She was recognized as an Advanced Individual in Research at Xi’an University of Technology in 2016 and 2017. She focuses on engineering hydraulics, leak detection and localization methods for long-distance water pipelines, and the theory and technology of clean energy utilization.
