Dr. Weizhong Tian holds a bachelor’s degree in information and computing science from Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University from 2006, a master’s degree in computational mathematics from Northwestern University from 2009, and a master’s and doctoral degree in statistics from New Mexico State University from 2011 and 2016, respectively. In 2016, he worked at Eastern New Mexico University as an assistant professor of statistics. He is currently an associate professor of Big Data and Internet at Shenzhen University of Technology. His research interests mainly include multivariate statistical analysis, skewed normal distribution, parameter estimation, change point detection, discrete inflation model, cloud computing, and other related fields. At present, he has published more than 20 SCI journal papers in these fields.
Dr. Chengliang Tian, associate professor, master’s supervisor, and deputy director of the Department of Information Security, College of Computer Science and Technology, Qingdao University. He is a “Young Outstanding Talent” of Qingdao University and has won the title of “Excellent Postgraduate Supervisor” in Qingdao University many times. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mathematics from Northwest University and his doctorate in information security from Shandong University in July 2013. From July 2013 to August 2015, he conducted postdoctoral research in the State Key Laboratory of Information Security, Institute of Information Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He joined the School of Computer Science and Technology, Qingdao University in September 2015, and was a visiting scholar at the University of Kansas, USA from December 2018 to December 2019. His current research interests include lattice-based cryptography, big data security, and privacy computing. He teaches undergraduate courses on discrete mathematics, lattice theory, and lattice cryptography and graduate courses on cryptography and information security, and quantum-computing-resistant cryptography theory. As a project leader, he has participated in many scientific research projects. He has published more than ten papers in the IEEE Transactions on Information Theory, IEEE Transactions on Services Computing, IEEE Access, Journal of Computer and System Sciences, and so on.
