Prof. Jian-Qun Jiang is currently the chief engineer of the National Major Science and Technology Infrastructure Project of the Ultragravity Centrifugal Simulation and Experimental Device and a distinguished professor at the Ultragravity Research Center. He holds a doctorate in earthquake engineering from Okayama University in Japan. He teaches courses such as hydraulic structures, seismic resistance of engineering structures, and system analysis. He is mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research in the fields of structural dynamics and engineering seismic resistance, dam safety assessment theory and engineering application, high-speed railway track-roadbed dynamics, engineering structure vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis, and cross-scale hybrid test technology and equipment.
