Dr. Chao-Kai Hsu received his PhD from the Institute of Clinical Medicine, College of Medicine, National Cheng Kung University in 2017. He earned a diploma in Dermatopathology, issued by the International Committee for Dermatopathology, in 2018. Since August 2007, Dr. Hsu has served as an Attending Physician/Consultant in the Department of Dermatology at National Cheng Kung University Hospital, Taiwan. From August 2018 to November 2023, he was an Associate Professor in the Department of Dermatology, College of Medicine, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. In November 2023, Dr. Hsu was appointed Professor in both the Department of Dermatology and the Institute of Clinical Medicine (joint appointment) at the same institution. His research areas include general dermatology, dermatopathology, and skin genetics.
