Dr. Mingyang Lv is Lecturer at the School of Information and Electrical Engineering, Hunan University
of Science and Technology. He completed his PhD studies in Control Science and Engineering at the Hunan University, and has been awarded the Second Prize of Natural Science Award of the Chinese Association of Automation (ranked third), the Second Prize of Invention Innovation Award of the China Association of Inventions (ranked third), and the Special Prize for Teaching Achievement of the Hunan University of Science and Technology (ranked second). He recently led the Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China and the Outstanding Youth Project of Education Department of Hunan Province of China. His research topics mainly include damage detection, wind turbine blades, UAVs, image processing, and deep learning.
