Associate Professor—Faculty of Engineering GICI Research Group—Geosciences Area Universidad de Medellín Candidate to Doctorate in Engineering (Universidad de Medellín), MSc in Geomatics (Universidad de La Plata-Argentina), Postgraduate in GIS (USB Medellín) and Civil Engineering (Universidad de Medellín), focused on the management of geographic and cartographic information, surveying science, collection and analysis of information from different sources for the design and implementation of Geographic Information Systems (GISs), and in general, the different scopes related to Geomatics Science and Technology and its application to Civil Engineering. Particular interest in the areas of Geotechnical Risk Analysis, Remote Sensing, Artificial Intelligence and Roadway Infrastructure.
