Prof. Meng-Bo Luo obtained a master's degree in physics from
Hangzhou University from September 1993 to July 1996; he obtained a doctoral
degree in physics from Zhejiang University from March 1999 to March 2002. From
September 2003 to October 2004, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the
National Institute of Materials Science in Tsukuba, Japan. Since December 2006,
he has been serving as a full professor at Zhejiang University.
