Dr. Dechong Ma is a Senior Engineer, a master’s student supervisor at Hunan City College, and a highway and water transportation engineering test inspector. He was selected as one of the recipients of the Talents Support Program of Shanxi Province and was awarded as one of the “Top Ten Outstanding Youths” of enterprises in Shanxi Province. He has presided over or participated in 12 scientific research projects; published 25 papers, including 14 SCI papers; and authorized 50 patents, including 5 invention patents and 10 utility model patents as the first inventor. His research interests include performance testing and the industrialization of construction materials.
Prof. Dr. Guowen He currently serves as the Associate Dean and a Graduate Advisor for the School of Materials and Chemical Engineering at Hunan City College. He is also a member of the Chinese Society for Materials Research and is an excellent innovation and entrepreneurship mentor in Hunan Province. He was awarded the First Prize for Excellent Academic Achievements in Natural Science in Yiyang City. He is mainly engaged in research on polymer matrix composites and the application of materials in analysis and testing, and lectures on polymer physics and other topics.
