Nazik Jamal Abdulhamid is currently a Ph.D. student at Salahaddin University – Erbil, Iraq. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Mosul, Mosul, Iraq, in 1993. In 2009, she earned her Master’s degree with honors in Interior Design from Salahaddin University – Erbil, Iraq. She was a staff member of the architectural department from 1993 until 2010. After completing her master’s degree in 2010, she was promoted to assistant lecturer, and in 2020, she was further promoted to lecturer. She has continued her academic career at Salahaddin University – Erbil since then. Her research topics mainly include satisfaction, proportion, office buildings, and religious buildings.
Hasan Abdulrazzaq Hasan Al-Sanjary is an assistant professor in the Department of Architecture at the University of Mosul, Mosul, Iraq. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Mosul, Mosul, Iraq, in 1985. He earned his Master’s degree in Housing from the University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq, in 1990, and his Ph.D. in Housing from the same institution in 2008. His research topics mainly include social, environmental, and economic sustainability in multi-story and single-family housing design; housing needs; and topological and geometrical properties of local traditional and contemporary housing.
