Dr. Cuicui Pan earned a Master of Arts in Business Administration from Pusan National University, Republic of Korea, in 2021 and a PhD in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality and Tourism Management from Youngsan University, Republic of Korea, in 2024. As a newly minted PhD, she is an emerging researcher actively engaged in advancing her field. Her work in hospitality and tourism management has led to five publications and several conference presentations. She is a member of various professional societies, including The Academy of Korea Hospitality & Tourism and The Table & Food Coordinate of Korea. Her research interests include human resource management, consumer behavior, and migrant workers in the context of hospitality and tourism.
Dr. Hyung-Min Choi is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Foodservice Management at Youngsan University. He completed his PhD studies in Foodservice Management at Sejong University and has been awarded several honors, including the Outstanding Contribution in Reviewing Award from Elsevier and the Best Paper Award from the Korean Society of Tourism and Hospitality Management. He recently led several key projects, including those in collaboration with industry partners and various centers at Youngsan University. He has published 19 papers in various journals and serves as a guest editor for the journal Sustainability, as well as an ad-hoc reviewer for multiple journals, including the International Journal of Hospitality Management. His teaching disciplines include food service management, research methodology, and hospitality human resource management, and his interests include sustainable restaurant management, organizational behavior, and consumer behavior in the food service industry.
