Huan Yu is a Ph.D. candidate at the Shool of Transportation Engineering at Chang’an University, and a lecturer at the School of Economics and Management at Shaanxi Xueqian Normal University. She studied at Shaanxi University of Science & Technology for both her master’s degree in management and her bachelor’s degree in economics. She is engaged in transportation planning and management. Presently, her research is on green transportation measurement and evaluation. She has hosted four provincial and ministerial projects, two departmental projects, seven school-level projects, and one horizontal project, and has co-edited a textbook. She has participated in many provincial and ministerial projects and is a key member of the provincial-level curriculum ideological and political demonstration courses, provincial-level first-class courses, and provincial-level teaching teams. She has published more than 20 papers in journals. She has won the seventh and eighth school-level teaching achievement awards and the third prize for outstanding scientific research achievements in humanities and social sciences in Shaanxi universities.
Qi Yang is a three-level professor and a doctor of engineering. He is a doctoral supervisor at the School of Economics and Management at Chang’an University. He has long been engaged in research and teaching in related fields such as transportation planning and management, transportation economy, transportation services, logistics and supply chain management. He has published more than 80 academic papers in core journals such as Guangming Daily, China Journal of Highway and Transport, Journal of Transportation Engineering, etc. He has authorized 4 invention patents, edited and published 6 books, and led more than 20 provincial- and ministerial-level and above research projects. He has won the first prize of the Excellent Achievement Award of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Shaanxi Provincial Government (one item), the second prize of Science and Technology of China Highway Society (two items), the Excellent Academic Paper Award of Natural Science of the Shaanxi Provincial Government (one item), the Excellent Academic Paper Award of China Association for Science and Technology (one item), and the third prize of Science and Technology of China Highway Society (one item), as well as various hall-level and bureau-level awards. Many of his achievements have been applied in relevant decisions in the transportation field, providing theoretical references for the practical and theoretical development of the industry.
