Prof. Giampaolo Perna is the Chief of the Personalized Medicine Center for Anxiety and Panic Disorders at Humanitas San Pio X in Milan, the Scientific Director of Psico Medical Care, Humanitas Medical Care, the Chairman at the Department of Clinical Neurosciences, Villa San Benedetto Menni, Albese con Cassano (Como), and the Chair at the WPA section on Personalized Psychiatry. He served for seven different universities. He is currently a Tenured Professor of Psychiatry, Humanitas University (Milan, Italy); Voluntary Professor, Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, Miller School of Medicine, Miami University (USA), Visiting Associate Professor, Department of Psychiatry and Neuropsychology, Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences, Maastricht University (NL), Director, Summer School in Affective Neuroscience, University di Maastricht (NL) and University di Firenze (IT). He has been included on several editorial boards of international scientific journals and is currently the Co-Editor in Chief, together with Prof. Charles Nemeroff (University of Miami), of the scientific journal Personalized Medicine in Psychiatry published by Elsevier in 2017. He has published more than 200 papers indexed in the JCR and has been a speaker in more than 100 national and international congresses.
