Dongkeun Hur, Ph.D., is a manager at HICO (Hwabaek International Convention Center). He received his Ph.D. in the Department of Tourism and Convention and his Master’s degree in Global Policy from the Pusan National University, Republic of Korea. His research interests are sustainable tourism, tourism development, MICE, local specialized trade fairs, and heritage tourism.
Seonjin Lee is a Ph.D. student in the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management at the University of South Carolina. He received his Master’s degree in the Department of Tourism and Convention from the Pusan National University, Republic of Korea. He is interested in understanding new forms of tourism, the sustainability of the tourism industry, and the use of innovative methodologies for tourism research.
Hany Kim, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at the Department of Tourism and Convention at the Pusan National University, Republic of Korea. She received her Ph.D. in tourism from the University of Florida. Her current research focuses on destination marketing and branding, tourist perception, and cross-cultural issues in media and user-generated media.
