Prof. Dr. Libang Feng is Professor and Dean at the School of
Materials Science and Engineering, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, China. He
earned a BS in Polymer Chemistry and Physics from Lanzhou University and a PhD
in Materials Physics and Chemistry Program from the Fudan University, Shanghai.
He was appointed as a Flying Scholar Distinguished Professor and awarded the
Zhan Tianyou Award for Railway Science and Technology. His research topics
mainly include: New Materials for Railway Transportation.
Qiangliang Yu is currently a professor at the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He earned his PhD from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) in 2016. As a PhD Supervisor and a Distinguished Research Fellow of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Prof. Yu is an active contributor to several national key research and development programs, where he serves as principle investigator and technical backbone. Prof. Yu's research interests encompass corrosion inhibitors, ionic liquid lubricants and additives, supramolecular chemistry, coatings, and tribology. To date, he has published over 100 papers in SCI and EI-indexed journals, with his work being cited more than 2400 times in the academic community. Prof. Yu is a Taishan Scholar Youth Expert of Shandong Province and a Longyuan Youth Talent of Gansu Province. He has received the Gansu Youth Science and Technology Award and the Second Prize of Gansu Science and Technology Award. Prof. Yu also serves as the Secretary-General of the Gansu Chemical Society, a Distinguished Expert of the Chinese Society for Surface Engineering, the Deputy Secretary-General of the Chinese Corrosion and Protection Technology Committee, and a Senior Member of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering. He is also a youth editorial board member for several academic journals, including "Paint & Coatings Industry", "China Surface Engineering", "Tribology", and "Coatings".
