Mehmet Aytac CINAR received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from The Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences, Kocaeli University, Turkey, in 2002 and 2008, respectively. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at Izmit Vocational School, Kocaeli University, Kocaeli, Turkey. His current research interests include transformers, reactor and electric machinery design, modeling, monitoring and diagnostics. He is currently a member of The Chamber of Electrical Engineers.
