Prof. Jing Wang is the Director of the National Food and Nutrition Monitoring and Evaluation Center at the Institute of Food and Nutrition Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; the Director of the Key Laboratory of Food Resources Monitoring and Nutrition Evaluation, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; the Chief Scientist of the Food Resources Monitoring and Nutrition Health Evaluation Innovation Team at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences; and the Director of the Dual Protein Engineering Technology Research Center at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Additionally, he serves as the Chairman of the Plant-Based Food Branch of the Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology, the Chairman of the National Agricultural Product Nutrition Quality Science and Technology Innovation Alliance, and a Member of the National Nutrition and Health Expert Committee – Food Nutrition and Health Industry Professional Committee. In 2018, he served as a review expert for the video defense of the key project 'Research and Development of Key Technologies for Food Safety' under the National Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, as well as for the preliminary budget review and comprehensive evaluation.
