Dario Bonciani has been engaged in CoSviG as a Geothermal project officer since 2012. Since 2015, he has supported the technical management of CEGLab, providing support to the technical–scientific and administrative management of the laboratory and to local projects, for geothermal heat direct uses. He also supports the DTE2V cluster activities and his main activity in CoSviG is focused on international- and EU-funded projects on geothermal energy. He deals with the involvement of SMEs and stakeholders to adopt project results, as well as for their internationalization, and he is engaged with local and regional administrations to promote the deployment of geothermal district heating. Part of his work is also focused to adopt appropriate communication and engagement strategies to address the NIMBY syndrome on geothermal projects. On behalf of CoSviG, he collaborates with national and European groups and platforms for the promotion of innovation in the geothermal sector, as well as environmental and energy policies to promote geothermal and energy efficiency.
